Automotive Equipment Mechanic Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense is currently seeking a Automotive Equipment Mechanic located in Ridley Park, PA . Automotive Equipment Mechanics inspect, repair and maintain automotive equipment and hydraulic systems. Position Duties: Inspect automotive equipment and hydraulic systems, and perform mechanical repair and maintenance functions. Troubleshoot and correct malfunctions. Replace broken, worn and defective parts, and perform overhauls of automotive equipment. May be required to obtain and perform Pennsylvania State Inspection of motor vehicles. Perform emergency roadside repairs to disabled vehicles, as applicable. Provide instruction to employees designated to assist with the above duties, and assist other personnel as needed. Perform work in accordance with oral and written instructions from management and in conformance with company standards of safety, workmanship, and good housekeeping practices.
