MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Valid driver’s license. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Electrical Journeyman licensure 3. Master’s Electrician licensure 4. HVAC Refrigerant licensure EXPERIENCE: 1. One (1) year experience in all phases of general maintenance. 2. One (1) year experience in facilities maintenance.
