Overview Penn College is seeking dedicated, student-focused nursing professionals to join our team as Non-Credit Practical Nursing Instructors. In this part-time role, you will provide high-quality instruction and/or clinical supervision to students enrolled in our clock-hour Practical Nursing Program. Your expertise will help prepare the next generation of compassionate, skilled practical nurses. This position is available at both our Williamsport and Wellsboro locations. Qualifications: EDUCATION: - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred - Master's Degree in Nursing Preferred LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS: - RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure Current Pennsylvania RN license. Required EXPERIENCE: - One (1) year of clinical nursing experience within two years of employment. Required - Relevant teaching experience on the secondary or post secondary level. Preferred ABILITIES AND SKILLS: - Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written form in English. Required - Developed organizational skills.
