We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Finance Administrator to join our team as an Operational Support Officer based in Underdale, SA. The successful candidate will support Operations Manager/Project Managers to ensure the financial administrative requirements of the contract are achieved for Downer to sustain growth and aid business performance. The day to day: Raise, receipt and manage purchase orders in accordance to procedure. Ensure plant, labour and sub-contractor costs are distributed accurately Monitor open commitments to ensure accuracy in accordance to procedures. Support the operational team in meeting financial deadlines for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, EOM close out, results. Update internal systems with financial data Analyse data to identify over and under recoveries, and implement improvements Ensure contractual obligations are met for progress claims, invoicing, payments.
