Are you a channel sales professional who thrives on building strategic partnerships and driving indirect revenue growth? Do you enjoy developing partner ecosystems, aligning go-to-market strategies, and delivering measurable commercial impact? We are looking for a Partner Account Manager (PAM) to join our EMEA Sales organisation. In this high-impact role, you will identify, recruit, enable and manage a regional partner ecosystem, driving both recurring and new business revenue through structured collaboration and co-selling. The Impact You’ll Make: As a Partner Account Manager, you will: You will play a pivotal role in expanding Minitab’s presence through system integrators, technology providers, consultants, OEMs, distributors and value-added resellers. Your success will directly influence regional growth and long-term market expansion. - Own and grow a portfolio of strategic partners across your region - Recruit, enable and develop new high-potential partners - Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue (100%+ quota achievement expected) - Build rolling 12-month pipeline coverage of 3x for new business - Maintain forecast accuracy above 90% - Deliver structured quarterly business...
