About the Opportunity: We are looking for a Manager, Sales to lead our Dentally and Dentrix sales organization in Canada. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving new business and expansion revenue, while building a high-performing, scalable sales team. You will lead a team of approximately 6 sellers today, with a clear mandate to grow and evolve the team over time. You will own pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and overall revenue performance, while playing an active role in key deals and market development. This role is ideal for a leader who has built momentum in the market before, someone who is comfortable operating without a fully defined playbook and can create structure, discipline, and energy within a growing sales organization.
