Position Summary Aleut Federal is seeking a senior, market-facing technical leader specializing in AI-enabled solutions, agentic systems, and production AI delivery across U.S. federal environments. This role operates across the full lifecycle - from opportunity shaping and technical solutioning through capture, proposal development, pricing, and post-award delivery assurance. The successful candidate will directly influence technical win strategies while maintaining accountability for production execution. The ideal candidate is a hands-on AI architect and builder who can design, prototype, operationalize, and govern AI systems that are secure, scalable, and mission-relevant. This role requires the ability to translate AI capabilities into differentiated federal solutions while ensuring those solutions can be delivered, sustained, and defended in real operating environments. This is a build, sell, and validate role with direct impact on technical wins, solution differentiation, and delivery outcomes.
