How this takes shape across our brand matters. Role: We’re hiring a Creative Director to shape how Northwood shows up to the world. This is a hands-on role for someone who has strong taste, solid design fundamentals, and the ambition to grow into owning larger pieces of a brand over time. You will be responsible for translating Northwood’s story into high-quality visual design across our website, social channels, and external-facing materials. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Business Development, Recruiting and Northwood’s leadership team to ensure Northwood’s visual identity is clear, cohesive, and evolving as the company scales.
