Job Profile Summary The Assistant Director supports the Senior Director of the HealthPro (Nursing Expansion) Grant in the comprehensive management, implementation, and compliance of the program. This role oversees daily operations, programmatic and financial reporting, data integrity, student engagement initiatives, and strategic activities that advance the grant’s mission to expand healthcare certifications and licensure pathways. The Assistant Director collaborates with students, faculty, administrators, and external partners to strengthen student success, retention, and completion outcomes. Minimum Education: - Bachelor’s degree required. - An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Minimum Experience / Training: - Five years of related experience. - Experience with grants, marketing, recruitment, and working with students in a higher education setting preferred. - Workday experience preferred. - Experience with data management is preferred. - Experience managing financial accounts and purchasing processes preferred.
