Powering Service Excellence Through Technical Expertise! MEPPI’s Service Center Division (SCD) is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist II to provide high-level technical support for assigned products and systems. In this role, you will analyze complex technical issues, support field investigations, develop documentation, manage incident tasks, and collaborate with engineering teams, service providers, and customers to elevate product reliability and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do: Deliver System-Level Technical Support : Provide technical support at the system and facility level for SCD products to MEPPI teams, authorized service providers (ASPs), and end users. Manage Field Incidents : Track assigned field incident tasks through completion and ensure timely resolution. Support RCA & QA Activities : Assist operating divisions with root cause analyses (RCA), quality assurance issues, and corrective action recommendations. Analyze Technical Trends : Compile data, conduct analyses, and present findings on failure trends, escalated incidents, and opportunities for design improvements.
