Private Shopping Transaction Assistant We are looking for a Transaction Assistant to join our fast-paced and diverse team within Private Shopping. It goes without saying that our clients expect simplicity, ease, pace and most importantly personalised service, tailored to their needs, when they visit us. About the Role: As a Transaction Assistant you will be working alongside our Operations team within Private Shopping, responsible for delivering a seamless client experience at point of sale. You will be responsible for processing complex transactions, packaging and dispatch, completing financial paperwork for audit and security processes. You will demonstrate detailed systems and till knowledge, able to resolve issues and queries and work in a fast paced environment. You will also be responsible for: - Investigating quotes for dispatch and delivery arrangements, both locally and internationally as required through our in-store specialist teams. - Adhering to the Harrods Policy, Procedures and due diligence guidelines. - Upholding the Harrods Values and striving to deliver the best luxury service at point of sale by providing an impartial central support to our Private Shopping team...
