In this role, you will manage the accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely billing and collections activities that support our mission of making science open. You will collaborate closely with other departments to facilitate smooth financial transactions and maintain excellent relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include processing invoices, tracking payments, and managing customer accounts. You will help identify discrepancies, work to resolve issues, and drive efficient collection processes, ensuring that all receivables are collected in a timely manner.
