Key Responsibilities Team Supervision & Leadership: - Directly manage a minimum of six depot employees. - Lead recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training. - Assign daily tasks, evaluate performance, deliver feedback, and implement corrective actions. - Address employee concerns and escalate issues appropriately. Operational & Administrative Oversight: - Enforce NUCO2 policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with the District Manager to monitor KPIs and safety compliance. - Review and approve timesheets; oversee payroll processing via UltiPro. Driver & Fleet Management: - Train and supervise drivers and technicians to ensure DOT Hours of Service compliance. - Conduct audits of vehicles, equipment, and facilities to meet OSHA, DOT, and NUCO2 standards. - Leverage fleet telematics and coordinate with Logistics to optimize routes and driver performance. Quality Assurance & Field Oversight: - Perform quality spot checks on equipment installations in the field to verify adherence to Standard Operating Procedures. - Observe and assess driver performance during field visits, ensuring safe driving behaviors and service excellence. - Provide immediate...
