Mechanic Helper / Oiler

Job description

Audubon is currently seeking a Mechanic Helper/Oiler to join our team in our Offsite Office. The Mechanic Helper/Oiler will perform lubrication, servicing, and equipment like heavy/light machinery oiled to prevent breakdowns. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Disassembles, repairs and/or replaced parts with equipment - Using hoists, cranes, hand tools, power tools - Performs preventive maintenance IAW manufactures recommendations - Perform tests to ensure machinery is running smoothly and basic diagnostic tests, check performance of machinery - Clean and lubricate machinery - Will unload, inspect and move equipment into position using cranes, hoists, dollies, rollers and trucks - Uses chain falls and come a-longs to move equipment / materials into place - Basic housekeeping duties such as hosing floors, removing trash, and swiping floors Health, Safety, and Environmental Responsibilities: - All employees are responsible for supporting Audubon Companies’ Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
