SUMMARY: Plan, coordinate, and direct the activities in maintenance, alteration and repair of plant systems (utilities), knowledgeable in Hand and Power tools, buildings, structures and facilities. Manage capital budget projects, process manufacturing improvements, and departmental budget/spending for both CA facilities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
