This role ensures alignment with Business Unit (BU) footprint strategy, driving operational efficiency while meeting cost targets, quality standards, and timeline commitments. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, Indirect Sourcing, Legal, Tax, Government Affairs, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and EHS. It also involves working externally with landlords, general contractors, equipment suppliers, and government agencies.
