This is how you WOW: - Build and support business relationships with strategic accounts across multiple divisions within the Institutional business unit. - Serve as the primary contact for customers and sales reps, providing proactive tracking and enhanced service support. - Manage complex equipment installations and coordinate activities across internal departments and logistics partners to meet deadlines. - Collaborate with the Sales Director on strategic approaches and provide effective product recommendations for resellers. - Investigate and resolve billing issues while accurately maintaining customer information in the CRM system.
