No Information About the role: This is a casual position working across a 24/7 roster located in Southwest Sydney. Base hourly rate of $45.28 plus 12 % super & 25% casual loading, plus evening and weekend penalty rates. Industry specific training and development opportunities, including participation in fortnightly therapeutic consultations to ensure we embed therapeutic practice in our program. Uniting is seeking passionate trauma informed youth workers to join our team. You will be working within a small dynamic team of youth workers and caseworkers who provide day to day support and case management for 12 to 15 year old’s who are homeless and reside in the Stepping Stones accommodation service. Support is provided through the Homeless Youth Assistance Program (HYAP) and our aim is to work collaboratively with young people and their families to achieve positive outcomes.
