Job description

Job purpose: Drive complex problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives. Establish and lead a structured plant-wide problem solving system, support cross-functional teams, and build organizational capability through coaching and collaboration to achieve sustainable performance improvements. Responsibilities : Own and drive complex process improvement initiatives utilizing Six Sigma & Shainin Tools in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost areas Lead and drive establishment and introduction of the effective, structured, multilevel Plant Problem Solving System Task Force Team Lead: establish standard approach for the Task Force activities and own process as its Lead Team Member Mentoring: mentor and Coach candidates for the Greenbelts in Six Sigma projects Plant interface for Global Advanced Problem Solving: act as the Plant Problem Solving Interface between Global and Plant Teams Key competences: Skilled in Polish and English – mandatory, German would be an asset Technical education supported by: Product/Process Knowledge Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certificate required, Shainin certification as an asset Experience in establishing problem solving process, providing...
