Job Description: Integrated within the brand's ROBOT and AGV Technical Service team, the role involves working with internal clients (Sales, Marketing) as well as external customers. You will participate in the pre-sales phase by defining the product that best suits client needs and, in the implementation, /post-sales phase in troubleshooting, maintenance and installations.
