Job description

The Role The Fulfillment and Logistics Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day processing and shipping operations for products manufactured at GTI, including the creation, scheduling, and tracking of outbound product delivery appointments. Responsibilities : - Ensure all order discrepancies (overage, shortage, damage, quality issues, invoicing adjustments, etc.) are recorded in the 3-way match log by end of business the day of delivery. - Performs daily routing of vehicles to various customer and company locations throughout the service area while maintaining compliance with both DOT rules and regulations and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction. - Works closely with Production, Inventory, and Sales Departments to meet objectives and address service-related issues. - Manage daily activities related to warehousing, inventory control, shipping, and receiving. - Ensures that company Delivery Drivers operate in compliance with all Federal, State, Local and company regulations/policies, and procedures. - Monitor and maintain fulfillment process schedule to meet delivery schedule goals. - Plan and schedule maintenance of all Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and Delivery Vehicles...
