About Department 322 Quality Assurance: Quality Assurance Engineering is responsible for resolving complex technical problems impacting Electric Boat's compliance with the exacting standards required for construction, test, delivery, and sustainment of the world's premier classes of submarine. Additionally, QA Engineering is responsible for supporting critical and high visibility ship certifications that act as the cumulating act prior to the most severe testing that the product will receive prior to delivery to the Navy.
