About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 12 The Team The Associate Director, Operations Excellence reports directly to the Head of Operations Excellence (part of the S&P DJI Data Group) and is accountable for driving metrics, reporting, and program management within SPDJI's Operations function. The team plays a critical role in supporting and enhancing our day-to-day operations—while also driving disciplined delivery of strategic initiatives and managing our internal business analytics and reporting. Operating with an enterprise mindset, Data Operations Excellence partners closely with Technology, Product, R&D, and the rest of the Operations function to enable cross-functional teams to execute and deliver while also providing them the essential intelligence they need to make data-informed decisions.
