Job Title Supply Chain Manager - fixed term (all genders) Job Description: As a Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee the team and lead operations in order management processes across DACH region ensuring alignment with the defined strategy. This position is for a fixed-term employment contract. Your responsibilities: Lead the Order Management/ Customer Order Specialists team to ensure efficient operations, harmonized ways of working, and standardized tasks, all aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction for the streams defined with the markets. Identify and implement process efficiencies, productivity enhancements, and potential opportunities for automation or innovation in accordance with service level agreements and global targets. Optimize business performance and profitability by closely monitoring all alerts and KPIs. Champion supply chain transformation toward digital capabilities through enhanced transparency, visibility, and data-driven decision-making, fostering a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging LEAN methodologies.
