Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, HOSPITAL BASED SERVICES GENERAL SUMMARY AND PURPOSE: Responsible for strategic development and operations of Hospital Based Services (anesthesia, hospitalists, critical care and others as assigned) across the region. Working with dyad medical directors accountable for developing and executing strategies and business plans to support the organizational mission and growth services to support SAHS regional hospital programs; leading and coordinating strategic initiatives across multiple sites and through various strategic alliances. Work collaboratively with senior leaders, independent physician partners, inpatient and outpatient/clinic operational leaders to ensure alignment of strategy and operations. Influences, guides, and works closely with departments to coordinate the components of the overall hospital-based services creating synergies where possible and consistent quality of care and outcomes.
