About This Role Looking for an experienced Procurement Project Leader who will support the North America Sourcing team. This role will drive cross-functional project execution; maximize value, reduce costs, and mitigate risks. Job Description: Lead and manage projects that directly support the Sourcing Team, from initiation to completion; ensuring all project goals and objectives are met. Develop detailed project plans, including cost benefits, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. Lead regular project meetings with cross-functional teams, ensuring full participation and engagement from all team members. Present weekly project updates; to include the status of key milestones, cost savings, and general project health to key stakeholders, with confidence and clarity. Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and outcomes. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring effective and on time project completion.
