Job description

Responsibilities: - Closely communicate and coordinate activities with the union organizers and contributing employers to ensure awareness, readiness and input into sector activities - Develop, maintain and coordinate labor-management committee meetings with bargaining parties, and participate in supporting implementation of grant/non-grant funded projects - Source and scope out new program development within and across TEF departments - Market and promote education, career, employment, academic advisement, and encourage engagement in programs - Recruit, enroll, case manage program participants, and coordinate document collection from students and program graduates as assigned - Prepare/process vendor schedules/payments and coordinate for quality outcomes for grant and non-grant funded programs - Create pre-obligation for contracts and monitor budgets - Review programs for appropriate workflows coordinating with education, member services, and strategy and innovation areas. - Support registration of employment applicants and education program participants - Prepare and deliver presentations to workers, employers, union staff and workforce partners - Participate in writing project r...
