Opportunity PeopleTec is seeking a motivated Systems Engineer to support the development of Next Generation Missile Defense system-level requirements. This role will support the definition, analysis, and management of requirements across the system life cycle, from concept development through testing and deployment. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer to grow technical skills in systems engineering, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), and missile defense architecture support. Duties: - Support the development, documentation, and management of system-level requirements across MDA and external programs. - Assist with requirements traceability activities throughout the system life cycle. - Apply MBSE methodologies using CAMEO Systems Modeler to help create, update, and maintain system architecture models. - Model and document system components, behaviors, and interfaces in support of the Next Generation Missile Defense architecture. - Support the capture, analysis, and validation of functional and performance requirements. - Assist with trade studies and analyses related to system performance, scalability, and integration impacts. - Help maintain traceabi...
