The ATC assesses and evaluates patient conditions, and then plans, implements, provides, monitors, evaluates, and documents patient care in a manner according to ATC scope and standards. Key Responsibilities: Escorts patients to and from exam rooms and readies them for physicians: Takes vital signs, records medical history/symptoms, patient progress, physical exam, and any special tests as deemed appropriate by Provider. At the direction of the Provider: Performs patient education, calling in pharmacy refills, assisting with appointments, or arranging for follow-up tests or admissions.
