The role is responsible for intake and tracking of legal requests, contract and matter administration, records management, and outside counsel administrative support in alignment with established playbooks and escalation thresholds. This role increases legal throughput, improves response timeliness, and enables cost control by ensuring that legal work is organized, documented, and routed appropriately.
