Primetals Technologies a joint venture of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Partners, worldwide leading engineering, plant-building and lifecycle partner for the metals industry is looking for specialists for a position: Programming Automation Engineer PLC What you will do: - Development of the PLC software based on process documentation (P&I diagram, functional description, etc.) - Preparation of the technical documentation of the project (automation systems) using MsOffice tools (Word, Excel) - Commissioning of the automation system on the customer site (worldwide) What you bring: - Higher technical education, preferably automation, robotics, drive technology - Automation experience of one of the following areas: iron making plants, electric arc furnace, ladle furnace, water treatment plant, material handling systems. - Programming skills, configuration of the PLC based systems (preferred Siemens) - Ability to analyze and read electrical drawings - Knowledge of industrial networks (Ethernet, Profibus, Profinet, EthernetIP) - Good knowledge of English language - Availability for frequent worldwide trips Nice to...
