Salary: $34.16 - $49.47 Depending on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm JOB PURPOSE: The Clinical Operations Education Supervisor is integral in planning, managing, and overseeing the operations of clinical education within El Rio Health. This position is responsible for developing, managing, and monitoring clinical education, including onboarding and ongoing professional development projects to accomplish goals for clinical and operational training in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. The Clinical Operations Education Supervisor focuses on collaboration with and inclusion of subject matter experts to develop and implement onboarding and ongoing professional development to include an annual education plan and competency development. This position manages the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical education strategies needed to meet the mission and vision of El Rio Health Centers.
