Job Description Reporting to the Supervisory Construction Field Representative (SCFR), the Construction Field Representative (CFR) will provide daily inspections for quality assurance of Capital and/or Non-capital construction projects. Responsibilities include daily reports, coordination with contractors for quality control/quality assurance, and coordination with other third-party inspectors as required. The position will ensure design compliance during project construction for multiple concurrent construction projects, and that projects are constructed according to the approved drawings from construction implementation through post-construction. In addition, the position will monitor the construction of projects for general conformance with the programs as defined by the University ensuring compliance with university design and construction standards, policies, and procedures for quality assurance and control.
