Job description

The Role Project Manager, Hardware Pason is seeking a project manager to lead the development of several drilling fluid measurement products including the Pason Mud Analyzer, as well as other future advanced sensors. These products seek to provide automated, lab-like fluid property measurements in an unmanned, harsh drilling rig environment. The ideal candidate is one who can empower a small group of engineers to innovate and design world class products that meet Pason’s motto of Technology, Deployed, Simply, while providing guidance and just enough structure to keep the group efficient and effective. The candidate will also be technically competent to contribute to ideas, help solve problems, and roll up their sleeves if the need arises to help the team out. Finally, the ideal candidate should also be comfortable with loosely defined requirements, managing several development areas at once, and be effective at using available resources to gain clarity.
