Technician- Engineering Maintenance Associate (B Crew)

Education/Experience: - Assists in the installation and qualification of manufacturing equipment. - Troubleshoots day-to-day manufacturing process and equipment issues. - Performs, as directed, all necessary maintenance and repairs of the equipment in a timely and cost-efficient manner. - Identifies and/or implements system improvements that contribute to the achievement of throughput, yield and product performance goals. - High School Diploma or equivalent is required. - Candidates must meet ONE of the following criteria to qualify: - One or more years experience as a FS manufacturing operator/production associate/operations technician. - Two or more years external experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting. - Hands-on electrical/mechanical troubleshooting experience strongly preferred. Required Skills/Competencies: - Safety first mindset. - Strong potential developing technical skill set. - Ready and eager to rapidly upskill technical skills through structured training program.
