Position Purpose: The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for driving machine sales within an assigned territory, developing new business, strengthening customer relationships, and promoting Gulf Coast JCB’s full range of equipment and services. Position Type: Full Time, Exempt: Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities - Sales Development & Customer Engagement - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities. - Build strong relationships and establish trust with customers. - Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions. - Provide technical information, quotes, and product explanations. - Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, availability, financing, and rental policies. - Follow up on quotes to maximize close rates.
