We're 100+ people across the globe with 45 engineers, launching new products to become the global standard. We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to ship these products as we scale across Europe and enter the US. In short, this is what you can expect: You'll work in focused 6-weeks cycles: a deliberate post-scrum method built for builders. You get time to do things properly: to think, craft and ship. You’ll earn up to €6.500 per month based on experience, work hybrid (2 days a week at our HQ), and join a bootstrapped company that’s profitable and reinvesting heavily in its products and people.
