Responsibilities & Duties: - We are seeking an experienced Mobile Trailer Technician (Level II or Level III). - In this position you will work with and listen effectively to clients and customers to assess their needs, providing information or assistance, resolving their problems, and satisfying their expectations. - Drive to worksites to diagnose and complete complex repairs on heavy duty trucks, trailers, etc. - Read job order, observe and listen to vehicle in operation to determine malfunction and plan work procedures. - Apply the use of specialized tools and follow documented procedures and policies to diagnose and complete complex repairs, including identifying and preparing required parts and tools. - Complete required documents, such as service worksheets, time sheets, and warranty claims through handwritten forms and/or business system. - Maintain company issued service truck, conduct safety checks and daily pre/post trip inspections. - Other duties as assigned.
