Production Associate

Job description

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Worker is responsible for operating various machines and equipment for production, packaging, and material handling of abrasive material. This is a backfill position. Responsibilities: Operate bagging machines to fill various sized bags of abrasives Lifting bagged product up to 55lbs on a regular basis Unload and fill product silos: Basic machine troubleshooting: Wrap final skids and ensure properly labeled Operate forklift to move various product throughout facility Complete material tracking, and final product paperwork Maintain clean and safe working areas Adhere to all Company policies and procedures Comply with all Health & Safety related policies, procedures, and safe work practices Other duties as assigned: Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent: Minimum 2 years of Forklift experience High attention to detail: Able to work independently and as part of a team Excellent problem-solving skills
