Description The Enrollment & Operations Specialist is a dynamic, year-round role that bridges family recruitment and school operations at Rooted School. During peak recruitment season, this position leads all student outreach, application management, and family engagement activities to meet enrollment goals. Outside of peak recruitment, this role transitions into a critical operational function — serving as the school's lead administrator for PowerSchool, PowerSchool Enrollment, and related data systems, while also supporting ongoing family engagement and school-wide operational initiatives. This position requires a relationship-driven, detail-oriented professional who is equally comfortable building connections in the community and managing the back-end systems that keep the school running accurately and compliantly.
