Req ID 86693 | Marysville, United States ZF Axle Drives Marysville, LLC Job Description: About the Team: The Spare Parts Intern at ZF’s Marysville, MI plant will join a cross functional team focused on supporting Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) inventory management processes critical to plant performance. In this role, the intern will assist with daily and weekly tasks that directly support plant goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), while gaining hands on experience working alongside maintenance, production, logistics, finance, and purchasing teams. This position offers broad exposure to plant operations and provides a strong foundation for understanding how inventory management, collaboration, and process discipline contribute to overall business success. What you can look forward to as a Spare Parts Intern: - Create and maintain locations for spare parts. - Conduct cycle counts of MRO inventory. - Perform audits to verify stock as needed. - Manage spare parts requests from the maintenance team and submit requisitions in SAP. - Perform Goods Receipts in SAP and stock “put away” in physical locations. - Update team KPIs with data from SAP. - Communicate with suppl...
