Job Description Do you enjoy staying organized, solving problems, and working with a great team? We’re seeking a Fleet Coordinator to ensure our vehicles are always ready to go. In this role, you’ll ensure our fleet runs smoothly by tracking vehicles, coordinating repairs, and supporting all aspects of the vehicle process. This role involves liaising with internal departments, external vendors, and drivers to ensure that fleet operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on job where your attention to detail and communication skills will make a significant difference every day. You will: Oversee the daily inventory of all vehicles Update the status of all idle and out-of-service vehicles daily Monitor overdue rentals and take action as needed Issue POs to vendors: Help with the movement of vehicles when needed See that non-rentable vehicles are vented for repair in a very timely manner Respond promptly to all email requests Assist with fleeting and de-fleeting vehicles Coordinate the transfer of cars needing repair and/or maintenance to the respective vendor/facility Assist with all aspects of...
