Job description

Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive NOC IT Specialist to join our Network Operations Center (NOC) team. This role involves monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting critical IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and uptime. The position requires shift-based availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to provide 24/7 operational support. Key Responsibilities: System and Network Monitoring: Continuously monitor IT infrastructure, applications, and networks using NOC tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix). Identify, analyze, and escalate alerts or incidents to appropriate teams or stakeholders. Maintain logs and incident records for auditing and reporting purposes. Incident Management: Respond to and resolve technical incidents, escalating when necessary. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. Provide root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend preventive measures. Performance Optimization: Track and report on system and network performance metrics.
