What will you be doing?: - Carrying out repairs and emergencies in Social housing. - Complying with H&S Policies & Procedures and carry out on site risk assessments for jobs undertaken, - Carry out fault diagnosis on site and keep records of work undertaken, including maintenance & repairs work. - Completing EICR's and periodical safety checks What Should You Have?: - City & Guilds, SVQ level 3 or equivalent. - Ideally trained to current regulations (18th Edition), hold an inspections & testing certificate along with a CSCS or ECS card. - Strong communication skills as you will be relaying technical information to customers and colleagues. - Working knowledge and unde...
