Overview We are seeking a Medical Surgical Clinical RN Supervisor, sometimes referred to as our Med Surg Clinical Nurse Supervisor or Med Surg Clinical House Supervisor. The Medical Surgical Clinical RN Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating activities on the Med-Surg unit to promote high-quality, patient-centered care. The Med Surg RN Supervisor will direct staff assignments, oversee patient admissions and discharges, and guide nursing teams in delivering best practices while upholding all hospital and regulatory requirements.
