As a Subassembly & Crating Associate , you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional quality and service to our customers by constructing structures for unit shipments and supporting a variety of warehouse requirements. Shift: Second Shift – 3:30PM - 11PM EST What You’ll Do: Customer Care: Deliver results and provide an optimal customer experience. Maintain Quality & Safety: Identify non-conformities, keep the warehouse clean and organized, adhere to 5S principles, and follow all safety procedures. Support Team Objectives: Maintain flexibility to support shifting production needs, including helping in different areas of the warehouse when required to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
