Job Title: Program Lead Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time Seasonal Pay: $22/hr Reports to: Program Director, Family & Youth Enrichment JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Program Director of the Family and Youth Enrichment department, the Program Lead is primarily responsible for the facilitation of day camp programs focused on youth enrichment with an emphasis on youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Duties include working closely with the Program Coordinators to ensure that program needs are being addressed.
