DIRECTOR, DEMAND GENERATION — CPI SECURITY: Position Summary: Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), the Director, Demand Generation will lead strategic demand generation, lead nurture, and sales enablement programs for CPI Security. This role is responsible for driving marketing-qualified leads and supporting significant revenue growth by partnering with sales, product, and content teams. The Director will also oversee a team member dedicated to lifecycle and retention journeys, with a strong emphasis on leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud for personalized customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the security and smart home industry, capable of developing insightful, data-driven campaigns for both residential and commercial segments.
