Job Description This role is ideal for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor who brings the confidence and credibility to influence outcomes at all levels of the organisation. You will work closely with managers across the UK providing clear, commercially focused and risk aware guidance on a broad range of cases from sickness and capability to complex disciplinary and grievance matters. A key aspect of the role is managing settlement agreements end to end. You will be expected to independently assess suitability, lead negotiations, draft agreements and see cases through to closure, utilising external legal support only where necessary. You will be part of a collaborative People Services function where your expertise will directly shape outcomes. Your insight will inform decision-making, your coaching will strengthen management capability and your pragmatic approach will help deliver fair, consistent and commercially sound resolutions.
