What you will do: In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the end‑to‑end management of home insurance claims. Your main responsibilities include: - Opening claims files received from insurance companies. - Handling inbound calls from insurers and policyholders, providing updates and coordinating the repair processes related to assigned claims. - Managing shared email inboxes and responding to incoming requests. - Updating and maintaining information in our internal systems, including Sinapps and SysteMA. - Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics, and clo...
